Drying: Air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry as it may damage delicate embroidery or cause shrinkage.
Ironing: Iron on low to medium heat. For embroidered areas, place a cloth over the design before ironing or iron inside out to protect the threads.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy textile items as they may lose shape over time.
Shipping & returns
Shipping Policy
We offer nationwide shipping across Egypt and worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, and orders within Egypt usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
* Please check your order in front of the courier on delivery. If it doesn't meet your expectations, you can refuse it and pay the shipping fee only.
* After accepting delivery, returns and exchanges are available in person at our showroom within 5 days of delivery: 42 Bahgat Ali, Zamalek, Cairo (open daily 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, closed Fridays).
* Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by your order number.
* International orders are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@buttonup100.com within 2 days of delivery with photos.
